If you are a player who has shown interest in improving your game through the challenge of tournament-level playing, or are playing junior high or high school tennis, this is the program for you. We will address the tactical and strategic elements of tennis and help each player develop a game plan when approaching matches in competition. We will help you work on your fitness and training associated with competition-level tennis and we will coach and help you develop strategies for match play situations. A mental and physical component is attached to this program - the physical training program will focus on strength, flexibility, and cardio training, while the mental aspect of the game will be addressed by creating match-like situations for players followed by discussion and analysis of play. The process of goal-setting will be monitored to help players stay on track with what they want to achieve in tennis. We provide a training environment where you can get the best out of yourself and help get closer to your individual goals while developing the inner drive to be your own best.
